The MN RUN Series features 9 premium running races around the Twin Cities metro throughout the year.

 

There are currently openings to join the MNRS Medical Team for select events.  Plus the new Running Medic program provides you with the opportunity to run for free at any of our races. 

​

This is the perfect volunteeer assignment for individuals with medical credentials (at various levels - see registration form below), or for students with an interest in gaining more experience.

​

As a member of the MNRS Medical Team you will help to support runners while gaining  valuable event medical experience along with our Medical Team Director, Susan Shobe, an experienced race event medical provider.

  • Start / Finish Line

 

Benefits

  • Free race registration when you sign up as a Running Medic.  Essentially you can do the distance of your choice, at whatever pace you prefer while wearing a medical shirt and carrying a phone.  Your job is to be ready to help anyone who is running near you who might be in need medical attention, stablize the situation and contact the medical tent. Based on past experience, we generally do not have much medical activity at all. 

  • Or, if you chose a role in the on a bike, at the Medical Tent or at an Aid Station, you qualify for a free race registration for a future event.  You can also use it for a friend / family member who enjoys running.

  • This is an awesome team building experience and you gain the satisfaction of helping participants achieve their fitness goals. 

  • We are also willing to provide Volunteer Recommendations from the MN RUN Series if desired.
