The MN RUN Series is seeking energetic, passionate people to help us produce "beautiful events that benefit the community". We currently have an awesome team of event coordinators and are looking to add a few more.

There's an art to setting up, managing and breaking down a race course, all within a 6 hour span and we are excited to help you learn how we do it. Race day brings a super energized experience where we convert sections of roadway and parks into an amazing race experience for thousands of runners.

Staff members can expect to hustle, engage with participants, maintain areas, lift objects, set up the course and break it down, all while working with a fantastic and skilled team of fellow event organizers.

We are seeking staff members who are excited to serve others and want to help them achieve their running goals. Candidates will posses:

• Strong customer communication and problem solving skills.

• The ability to hustle with a great team in a fast paced setting.  

• Organizing spaces to become effective race environments.  
   

The position also involves: 

• 10 races throughout the year. We ask for a commitment to work 5 of them and more if you would like.

• A general time frame on race day from 6:00am - 12:00pm (event dates on link below).

• A variety of roles: set up, break down, volunteer management, crowd management, customer service, site maintenance, food distribution, course support or any number of different things.
